We are pleased to announce that Trilateral Research has been designated to serve as the Data Protection Officer for the Housing Agency in Ireland.
Trilateral Research DPO service grows out of our pioneering work in safeguarding privacy and the protection of personal data within the public sector. We continue to develop cutting-edge evidence-based research findings and compliance strategies for our clients. We are also continuing our work with Data Protection Authorities and other experts to increase cooperation among regulators, to ensure stakeholder awareness, and to harmonise data protection training in Europe.
‘We are glad to have Trilateral Research on board in our ongoing journey towards developing a solid and widespread data-protection culture throughout the Housing Agency’ said Ciara Galvin Board Secretary Governance and Compliance at the Irish Housing Agency.
As DPO, Trilateral will assist the Housing Agency with developing GDPR-compliant documentation, policies and procedures and provide staff training.
‘We are now well underway in assisting the Housing Agency in their efforts to proactively advance data protection principles within their organisation. Given our numerous projects working with Data Protection Authorities in many European member states, we are confident that we will provide the Agency with another layer of accountability, and bring new insights to strengthen their data protection regimes. ’ said Mr Kush Wadhwa, Director at Trilateral Research.
The Housing Agency DPO Team will be led by Filippo Marchetti, under the supervision of Mr Wadhwa and Dr Rachel Finn.
