On Thursday 28 September 2023, Plexal confirmed Trilateral Research has been accepted on to their Cyber Runway programme. Cyber Runway is funded by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and delivered by Plexal with support from Deloitte and the Centre for Secure Information Technologies.
The Programme is the largest cyber accelerator in the UK. It is an innovation fast track for companies in a growth phase and is designed to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing cyber security today. Plexal actively seeks companies who are ‘looking at the availability, integrity, availability and security of information, the internet (including internet-connected spaces and devices), critical national infrastructure and communications. [As well as] Companies battling disinformation, online harms and securing AI’. Acceptance on to this programme further confirms the groundbreaking work that Trilateral is undertaking in these areas. Rachel Finn, Trilateral’s Director of Data Protection and Cyber-risk services discussed why the programme is a good fit for the company:
“At Trilateral Research, we have been providing information security services to our clients for more than five years. Cyber-runway will give us the support we need to make cybersecurity easier for our customers by automating some information security tasks using a SaaS application.”
Trilateral Research joins the ‘Scale’ programme stream, which will provide tailored support and opportunities as Trilateralit continues to innovate and lead the way in cyber security initiatives. Trilateral Research’s CEO and CTO, Kush Wadhwa, confirmed how beneficial the programme would be for the company:
