Ethics Deep Dives & Roadmap

Engaging with and implementing ethics in and across your organisation requires a detailed ethics strategy

Ethics Deep Dives Roadmap-monitoring reporting evaluation

Spanning 12 months, and including monthly meetings and “drop-ins”, our ethics experts will work continually with your organisation to provide an “ethics roadmap” to implement ethical values and an ethics-driven strategy.

The deep dives are designed flexibly to meet the needs of your organisation and include monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
We can adjust the scope of this service to budgetary requirements in the form of shorter “Ethics Sprints”.

We will help your organisation prepare for and implement ethical transformation across all, or individual components of, your products and service(s).

We will provide you with the necessary guidance, and documentation for ethics assessments aligned to your organisational strategy.

We will assist you in assessing the policy, legal and ethics options for your digital agenda. We also support you in identifying and implementing the appropriate organisational, legal, and technical risk-mitigating measures.

In contexts in which specific end-users have not yet been identified, or are not accessible, we engage in a modelling process to determine how potential end-users would experience the fairness, transparency, explainability, auditability and human oversight of the tool or model.
