We are delighted to announce that on 22 April 2020 COPKIT will be having its second public webinar to introduce COPKIT’s Knowledge Discovery tool.
In this webinar, our partners from the University of Granada will provide an overview of the fundamental aspects of the Knowledge Discovery tool, explaining how it can be employed to acquire new knowledge from the analysis of darknet advertisements, with a particular focus on firearms trafficking.
The COPKIT project brings together law enforcement, industry and academia to create an intelligence and knowledge ecosystem for law enforcement agencies, in order to support prevention, investigation and mitigation in the context of the fight against organised crime and terrorist organisations.
Trilateral Research’s work within COPKIT focuses on conducting an integrated data protection and ethical impact assessment of COPKIT technologies to ensure that the developed eco-system respects societal requirements as well as EU legal and ethical principles, including privacy.
This is the second of a series of webinars organised by COPKIT for Law Enforcement Agencies and other relevant project stakeholders. It is free and open to everyone.
Anyone wishing to attend should register here.
