At Trilateral, we believe in the strength of a diverse, gender-balanced environment with positive work-life balance, and value the passion and talents of our team.
On International Women’s Day, we want to take the opportunity to celebrate our team and be proud of our achievements in hiring and promoting successful women and of our multicultural team.
Our culture is based on delivering high-quality outputs, through our commitment and passion for what we do. We attract exceptional talent to work in an open and collaborative environment where the team culture provides support amongst peers and colleagues, encourages creative thinking with responsible innovative practices.
Kush Wadhwa, Director of Trilateral, observed that “International Women’s Day has a particular importance for us, as one of several important streams of our work is focused on societal problems that disproportionately affect women and girls, including human trafficking and child exploitation. Moreover, we are proud that the leaders pressing forward on these issues within our organisation are themselves women, bringing the richness of lived experience and deep academic knowledge to bear on seemingly intractable problems. It is our hope that the Trilateral organisation will make a difference in the lives of women, empowering them and enabling them to achieve their best as researchers and as beneficiaries of that work.”
Gender equality is a fundamental value and an essential part of research and innovation policy. At Trilateral we feel privileged to be part of the Horizon 2020 GEARING-Roles project, in which we are working closely with our partners to promote more effective gender equality and eradicate discrimination in research institutions.
