Trilateral Research is a partner in the EU-funded research project DEVELOP: Developing careers through social networks and transversal competencies.

The aim of the project is to build a software tool that will help employees plan their career development and get feedback on their competencies and skills, and on their workplace social capital.

In this project, Trilateral Research is leading the work ensuring that this tool is developed in a way which respects employee rights and privacy and in particular that it complies with the new requirements of the GDPR. We are developing new approaches to privacy-by-design in software development and data protection impact assessments.

The DEVELOP project has an associate partner network – a network of those organisations that wish to learn more about the project, and influence new developments in technology-enhanced learning software.

The project itself is keen to learn about the HR development needs of many different types of organisation and offers partners the opportunity to test and prototype the project’s tools in their organisations. Associate partners also have access to various outputs and can attend workshops and conferences organised by the project.

You can find more details about the DEVELOP associate partner network here and if you would like to know more please contact our team.
