Cleo works in the ‘Sociotech Insights Group’ team on projects such as Honeycomb and a recent Home Office funded Survivor Engagement project, related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Cleo’s background lies in research and data analysis within the criminal justice and law enforcement sector. She has worked with Merseyside Police as a data analyst and uses this experience as a foundation to her current research projects.
She has an interest in counterterrorism and global security. Cleo holds an MA in Terrorism, Security and Society from King’s College London and a BA in Criminology from the University of Manchester. Her MA dissertation was a comparative analysis of different media outlets’ depiction of the Brussels terror attack in 2016.
